Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Non-acceptance may occur due to:

• Product being out of stock (especially fresh dairy items).
• Inability to obtain payment authorization.

• Failure to meet eligibility criteria.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so online within 15 minutes of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched (sent for delivery), we will not be able to process cancellations, as fresh dairy products are perishable.

7. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

• We accept payments in INR via Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.
• In case of payment failure where the amount is debited, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.
• Refunds: Any refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Atul Dairy Industries. Refunds may be provided in the form of store credit or coupon codes.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Freshness is our priority. If items you order are out of stock or delayed, we will contact you via the phone number provided. During peak festival seasons (like Diwali, Rakhi), there may be an increased risk of items being temporarily unavailable.

9. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Atul Dairy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier/delivery partner.
